The Programme Team
The programme will be delivered by Maggie Pavlou from People Gauge and Leigh Sear from SFEDI. Maggie has over 25 years’ experience of supporting people development in organisations in the public, private and third sectors as well as being an experienced Non-Executive Director and coach. Leigh has over 20 years’ experience of working with individuals to support the development of enterprising and entrepreneurial skills as well as supporting managers and leaders of small businesses through enterprise mentoring.
Maggie and Leigh were responsible for the development and delivery of the LEO Programme which supported over 100 individuals who were facing the threat of redundancy, or who had been made redundant, to successfully navigate change and plan the next phase in their career.
